Think twice
most men hoon as they have a delusion/ illusion that they are invincible and it gives them a thrill and realses anger in younger teens, once they feel the have broken the law most men get a feel for this and wont think about it at the time the thrill and satisfaction for these teens and young adolecents makes this more appelling for them, most hoons do not relaise the effect that they are causing to society and dont care about the concequences. Hooning is a easy way for males to realse anger and to show off. there is no excuse for hooning but there are reasons and sometimes physiological reasons for the act.peer presure in todays society can also push youg males to do this as it may make them more accepted and maybe more popular most hoons are also young and niave, while they know right from wrong they still think it is okay and wont worry if they believe they can get away with it, the penalty for hooning is also not a very large fine and sometimes they are even let off with just a warning, i believe if penalties where higher the hooning would decrease and make people think twice before doing a burnout around a corner or waking people up. Another reason/ excuse people use is because there is nothing else to do/ im bored and i have a car i can go and do this. It is a bad mind set for kids these days and i hope to see hooning eliminated.
